Osoittakaa virheet ja kömpelyydet alla olevasta, kiitos! Englanti on hyvin pahasti ruosteessa...
There for, I contacted You through Your webpage asking for the return slip for the goods I was returning. Unfortunately, I did not receive return slip, but I received advice to contact local carrier of my choice.
Your webpage clearly suggests that even outside Germany customer will be able to return goods with DHL and customer will receive return slip via email. That I did not receive with email nor with a products I ordered. Is your webpage giving wrong information?

Kyllä tuon saksalainen hyvin ymmärtää. Korjaa kuitenkin you/your-sanoissa alkukirjain pieneksi. Viimeisessä lauseessa "with a products" pitää olla "the products", ja vielä mieluummin goods kuin products. Ja ihan alussa therefore on yhdyssana.

Tuolla therefore (sehän oli muuten väärin kirjoitettu :) ajattelin viittausta ekaan lauseeseen eli haluan palauttaa tuotteita minkä takia otin yhteyttä nettisivujen kautta.

"You" kirjoitetaan englannissa aina pienellä alkukirjaimella, paitsi lauseen alussa tietysti, ja kun puhutellaan Jumalaa.
Laittaisin itse ehkä vähän eri muotoon, vaikka näin. Mutta täysin ymmärrettävä on tuo ap:n versiokin.

Voi hitsi. Tuo oli hyvä, paljon sujuvampi kuin omani. Kyllä vaan pitäisi lukea ja kirjoittaa englantia paljon säännöllisemmin.

- Kun kerrot että asiakas voi palauttaa DHL:n kautta tavarat, via DHL mieluummin kuin with DHL
