Jokereiden kuuntelijat laskeneet alle 500k spotifyissa. esim. sillä Puolalaisella Jannilla on melkein miljoona! En tiennyt, että siitä tuli niin suosittu. LOTL: lla myös enemmän. Jotenkin tuo somekuvio sai minut luulemaan, että JO:n musiikilla olisi enemmän kuuntelijoita, mutta tippuu ja tippuu...

On hänestä kyllä paljon kansainvälisessä tiktokissa fanivideoita.. Jannilla on myös melkein yhtä monta kappaletta, joilla on yli 1M kuuntelukertaa kuin K:lla. On hän nousussa!
Juu, on, tykkään hänestä kyllä. Lisäsinkin tuohon että laulaa enkuksi alunalkaenkin niin on helpompi kuunneltava monelle ulkomaiselle.

Oho, en ole huomannut :D Onkohan he ikinä edes tavannet? Ymmärrän siinä mielessä, että he kumoipin ovat nukkemaisen nättejä, ja pukeutumis/laulu/esiintymistyylissä on samankaltaisuuksia. Mutta jotenkin tykkäisin ehkä enemmän kontrastista parin välillä.. hauska ajatus!
He tapasi ainakin keväällä Tukholmassa, mikäs viisutilaisuus siellä olikaan. Ottivat sellaisessa kuvauskopissa yhteiskuvia ja nättejä tulikin.

Kiitos vinkistä! Olen kuunnellut putkeen, ei ole vielä tullut vastaan :) Eiköhän häneltä pian tule levyä ja kiertuetta, niin paljon on kuuntelijoita. Olisi kyllä hauska, jos K saisi hänet Lontooseen (joo, vähän random, mutta tiktokissa K:ta ja Jannia on niputettu paljon yhteen sen perusteella, että moni koki että heitä kumpaakin kohtaan tehtiin vääryys viisujen aikana)

Hello hello everybody!
Late nights are starting to get to this old lady! Hahaha! I didn't have an ounce of alcohol, why do I feel hangoverish today? Oh yeah, maybe going to sleep at 3am has something to do with it? :D
Anywaaaaay, great great night! We arrived to Ptuj a bit early to walk around the lovely town and find the place where the concert was. 2 hours before they started letting people in, the girls were already queuing. We found a lovely cafe and had some iced coffee and drinks before heading back to the market place at about 8.30. We got in about 10th row, right in the centre of the stage. It was supposed to start at 9pm local time, and I thought the other band, Dan D was going to perform first, but at 9.30 JO showed up. Just like last time, I was blown away how good looking they all are. Photos and video don't do them justice, especially Jan and Nace.
They started with Katrina and Ne bi smel as usual. The concert lasted about 1h40 which I think was a little shorter than in Žička kartuzija. If my memory serves me right, they played 2 songs more in Žička.
The people overdid throwing stuff on stage this time. I normally think if it's done in good fun, and if the guys have fun with it, then I think it's okay (if we ignore the environmental aspect), but this time, they really overdid it. Jure got a stuffed alpaca and he seemed amused by it, and Nace picked up a rose and put it in his guitar, and Jan put a tiara on, but the bracelet and sunglasses thing got out of hand. B even commented on it, he said "Thanks for the 2 or 3 shops of worth if bracelets and sunglasses." and then they threw on some more, and he said "Wow, you really came prepared!" And it wasn't just young girls throwing them on, there was a guy, he had to be at least 35 standing near me, he threw a bracelet on the stage as well. What the heck?? lol
And then at the end, I think it was either during Novi val or Carpe diem, someone threw on something leathery looking on stage. I couldn't see very well, it was on the very left side, it either looked like something BDSM or a dog harness. Not sure which is worse. B looked at it in disbelief and shook his head. I am surprised nobody recorded this as I was sure it would be all over Twitter today! (cont)

Kyllä. Kaiken sen meuhkaamisen jälkeen siitä, että Jannin ois ehdottomasti pitänyt edustaa tänä vuonna Puolaa, menin katsoon sen Gladiator-vedon. Ja olin ihan, että mitä ihmettä ne kaikki meuhkaajat tässä esityksessä näkee. Jätti erittäin kylmäksi 🤣
Some of you commented on clips from gigs in Slo about the audience singing and how you'd prefer to hear just B. There was a lot of singing again, but to be honest, it doesn't bother me because you don't really hear the fans that much when you are in the crowd. You mostly hear B from the speakers. The only time I could hear fans more distinctly was during Carpe diem because really everyone is singing then. Not sure how many people will be singing at Finnish shows, but I wouldn't worry about it, I don't think you'll hear the audience that much.
I know there were some comments here and also on Twitter that they were tired, and yes, they did seem a bit tired, B in particular. He sat down a bunch of times, and he also didn't dance and goof around as much. Jan also seemed not as in the mood, though he completely rocked out during Ne bi smel, and he and Nace also had a few funny moments, he didn't seem as energetic as usual, and there was no flirting with the audience this time. ;) Nace was the one that he seemed most like his usual self. I love seeing how more and more confident he is on stage.
That being said, they performed as true professionals, they played and sang wonderfully, and anyone who says otherwise about last night performance... well, I think JO has really been spoiling us. They put so much of themselves and their energy into these gigs and they have so many (+all the travel and weather challenges), I think it's perfectly normal that sometimes they're not going to be their 100% energetic selves. But they still play and sing like true professionals and that's all that matters. I enjoyed the concert so so so much! Those of us who go to concerts by various bands regularly know very well that that's not how it always is!
Unfortunately, there was no back-to-back measuring with B process, sorry to disappoint you, ladies! They rushed away right after they finished and I don't think they did any meet&greet this time either. I still think he is indeed 178cm as he says he is, worst case scenario, he might be 176cm. Like I said, before, it's just that he's usually in between Kris LegsLongLikeMonday and Nace BigTeddyBearShoulders. He also tends to slouch quite a bit which also sometimes makes him look shorter than he is. I think he's perfect as he is, and so are the others JO. And so is K!
The whole Twitter thing about his height is ridiculous and it's again making me want to slap those kids and send them to their room without dinner. I would say 180cm is an average height for males in Slovenia, and in my experience, usually men under 180 are a bit sensitive about it even if they don't admit it. So a few jokes, okay, but then it should stop, but they just keep going and going. I truly hope B uninstalled Twitter on his phone. (cont)
I haven't commented on G and JO parting ways. I was a bit surprised by it, but then I also understand their choice. It was a safe choice at this very point, however, like some of you pointed out, it gave a feeling of power to those "fans" and I kind of fear what will happen next. Twitter "fandom" has a life of its own, I mean, JO isn't even that active on Twitter, but that doesn't stop them from all these insane toxic posts that they keep on making and sharing. I try not to read, but it's also like a trainwreck that you can't help but look. I really don't understand these kids. Like, I remember my own teenage times and how we debated and disagreed who in New kids on the block was the cutest, but I have absolutely no recollection of any kind hate or putting down the other boys. Strange times we live in.
Onto brighter things.
On Friday, as many of you know, JO went to Lipica studfarm and visited a winery before the late night concert in Sežana which was part of yet another festival. From what I could tell, they truly enjoyed that concert (B comments in one of the clips: "We have a good time at some gigs and then we have a REALLY good time at some. We're having a REALLY good time tonight!") and again I think it's because of the audience who seemed to be more their age, even in the first row, there are no teenagers. As I mentioned before, I think they prefer playing for older audience where they can get loose, but with these town market gigs (like in Ptuj), it's always the young ones in the front then there's families sitting on the sides, etc)

I'm sure JOSubs will translate it soon, so let me just recap the part where Kris and B speak.
Kris talks about their concerts abroad, how they are suprised the fans can sing in Slovenian etc. And then !! He says "We've only had 5 days where we could practice in between gigs and we already wrote 2 new songs. We're aware we also need to write some songs in English to cater to the foreign audience" He also talks about how little free time they have and barely any time to party because they need to rest.
Then B again talks about the foreign fans standing in line waiting for them, getting recognised when they are abroad and how this still surprises them and he also talks about how they don't have time to party.
The writer also praises B, he says how confident he has become, how JO perfected their performance. He also talks about how the guys, who are also friends outside of the band, are obviously enjoying their time on the stage, perhaps even more than the audience. ;)

On heissä jotain eroa, Jann vaikuttaa olevan "cheeky" ja aika rohkea lavalla, Luke enemmän sellainen... majesteettinen. Hienostunut tai jotain. :D
