Valamiehistö päätti, että Amber Heard korvaa Johnny Deppille 15 miljoonaa dollaria kunnianloukkauksesta. Deppin katsovan olevan vapaa syytteistä sekä korvausvelvollisuudesta.

Oletpa naiivi. Jos pelkästä moraalisesta voitosta kyse, niin olisihan Johnny voinut pyytää korvaukseksi vain yhtä dollaria.

Johnny Deppon juuri voittanut oikeudenkäynnin ex-vaimoaanAmber Heardiavastaan.
Valamiehistö totesi yksimielisesti, että Amber Heardin väite siitä, että Depp olisi hyväksikäyttäjä, oli kunnianloukkaus. Valamiehistö totesi myös, että Heardin Washington Postissa esittämät syytökset olivat haitallisia. Valamiehistö myönsi Deppille 15 miljoonan dollarin vahingonkorvauksen.
