Funny. It was cloudy here earlier but now the sun is shinig. Well, not anymore. The sun just set.

I'm so tired! I had to get up at 5.50. Started work at 7.15 and finished at 12. I managed to go out for a walk in the warm spring sunshine before collecting the kids but I just collapsed on the couch afterwards. Here I am now, semi-conscious on the av. Thankfully one only needs half a brain here anyway... I heard it was sunny in Finland today, too. Do you have any spring flowers there yet? From the corner of my eye I can see my daffodils blooming in the front garden and they look quite lovely. 

I think I need a massive cup of coffee now. Will someone please make me one?

I haven't seen any flowers yet, don't know about the others... But yes, the day was sunny and snow has almost melted away :)

Sounds lovely. I rarely get to see the spring in Finland as we usually visit Helsinki in July/August and then again just after Christmas.

When I was there in late December it was freezing cold at first and then a day or two later it was +2 and slushy snow everywhere. I didn't enjoy that too much I have to say! I love really cold and snowy winters and then again hot, hot, hot Finnish summer days when all you want to do is eat ice-cream and swim. When the late evenings are so warm that you can sit outside in the garden in your t-shirt and have a bbq.

Not to mention a nice, cold cider after the sauna... Ahh.
