Sportsdirect.comista tilanneet

Tilasin sieltä yli kuukausi sitten hupparin testiksi 50€ eikä vieläkään ole seurannan mukaan edes saapunut suomeen, kirjoitin tästä sitten yli viikko sitten yhtiölle ja 3pv sisällä heidän olisi pitänyt vastata, mutta sekin on näyttänyt kadonneen matkalla. Sivuiltakaan ei löydä mitään numeroa johon soittaa, en suosittele, asiakaspalvelu ei pelaa.

Ihan hyvä kyllä on. Kivoja asusteita mitä ei joka paikasta saa. Mutta siihen olen pettynyt, että juuri vähän aikaa sitten tilaaminen kengät ovat kohta 2-3 päivää myöhässä ja voi vielä venyä!!😣😣

Palautuksista sen verran että löysin https://www.shipit.fi/  palvelun.

Kahdet lenkkarit palautin ja hinta huomattavasti edullisempi kuin suoraan Postilla.

Täysin Suomalainen ohjelma, hyvin toimi ja palautus meni perille.

Sen verran edullinen oli palautus että kannatti kengät palauttaa, Postin hinnalla tuskin olisin ja kengät olis päätynyt kirpparille myyntiin. 

Joo täytyy sanoa, että tilasin kahdet housut nettisivujen kuvan perusteella... Virhe. Nettisivulla vanha malli (jota etsin kaikkialta) ja sain uuden mallin housut, eli väärä kuva. Asiakaspalvelu erittäin hidasta. Eikä tosiaan palautus ole ilmaista edes heidän virheestä... Joka on minusta AIVAN käsittämätöntä. Maksoin housuista 50 € ja halusin vanhat versiot. Ne jotka sain maksaa suomessa 30 €... Molemmissa hinnoissa 2 kpl housuja.

Kirjoitan englanniks kun en osa hirveesti hyvin suomea eli anteeks: I have no experience ordering from SD as a private person, but if You want to order as company, it is UNBELIEVABLY horrible how they want You to proceed. In customer service is sitting a polish lady, who is simply an idiot. they want You to send a certificate for verotoimisto, that Your company really exists. When You send them Your ALV-tunnus and link to the verification system of the EU (VIES) they do not want to use it and just repeat they want the photocopy of that certificate (I did that) then You pay with ALV and hope they refund it to You. 1. time they did. 2. time they didn´t accept the certificate from the last year and wanted me to drive to the next verotoimisto again. After many mails and argumentation they refunded it. Next time the same theater again. Ewa Koczacik as the main responsible for the VAT stuff maybe chose me to punish me, I don´t know. You cannot call them. The only way is through this lady. After few week of fighting I got answer from someone else that ok, we refund it (VAT from over 400€ ostos), but later I experienced that they didn´t. I tried to contact the british police, but they said it has to be issued from Finland, and the finnish officials explained me how it works. Basically very complicated, so I just let it. After 2 years I get mail from SD again, that now it is possible to pay directly netto (without VAT), so I sent few test questions (do You finally use the VIES verification system and appears before I click the "pay" button the amount already without VAT or do I have to trust again). Basically nothing really changed. They wand still copy of certificate from verotoimisto (probably again everytime You order) and didn´t answer clearly if after that I can see an the invoice the prices netto.  To me it is unbelievable, that company sponsoring huge sport events and is simply that huge is working that primitively and steals money.

Olen erittäin tyytyväinen tähän kauppaan. Ei ongelmia.

Tuotteet ovat juuri sitä mitä pitääkin, mutta aitoudesta en olisi niin varma. Pitäkää se mielessänne.
