What kinda content have you been thinking about writing? Maybe about how it feels like to live in Finland as an "outsider"? How long have you been living here?

I rarely read blogs but I might be interested.

Yup! Reading about Finland via foreigner's point of view would be nice. What do you like and dislike over here, what puzzles you, what you find funny, what is strange for you etc.

I am not sure. Maybe some kind of  "How a German sees Finland" kind of blog and of course other things all kind of things i have in mind. Normal life with a German touch. ;-) I have been here for over 5 years now.

Mein Englisch ist schlimm? Mal ehrlich: Verstehen tuts bestimmt jeder. Aber ich weiss: Hier in Finnland sind die Ansprüche relativ hoch. Im Gegensatz zu uns Deutschen seid ihr ja sprachlich gut ausgebildet.

I am not sure. Maybe some kind of  "How a German sees Finland" kind of blog and of course other things all kind of things i have in mind. Normal life with a German touch. ;-) I have been here for over 5 years now.

How have you liked Finland so far?

Do a different kind of blog. i.e Tell how you feel about finnish people. Of course all the foreigners are like "they are so shy, not outgoing etc". You could maybe be that person who shows a different view? Also about finnish habits etc.

Living in Finland is cool. People are more relaxed than in Germany. I really dislike service at puplic healthcare here. In Germany you get much better service, but the price (taxes) are ridiculous high compared to Finland to be honest. Finnish women drink to much - that maybe puzzles me. I don`t understand where this comes from. Funny = Timo Soini. He looks like chief wiggum from the simpsons. Strange = why are Finns lagging confidence? Great country and a few years ago you had the best results in education in the world.

How have you liked Finland so far?

Finland is great. But i.e. winter is too long, too cold and too dark. But people are great. Everwhere nature is one of the best things in Finland. Even in Helsinki i don`t really feel like beeing in a city to be honest.

This i hear a lot when poeple hear that i am from Germany. Strange that Finns seem to be great fans of Hitler. Espacially the older poeple think it`s funny of friendly to say so. In west Germany this guy is a complete no go.

I feel you. Long walks or camping in the forest during summer is the best thing ever. I know Helsinki is a small city when you think about bigger countries, but it is still too big and busy for me. I need my nature fix.

I didn`t find this site. The friend that suggested me to start blogging maybe told me that this would be a place to ask and look what people think. She said that this is a busy place and topics for A-Z.

I didn`t find this site. The friend that suggested me to start blogging maybe told me that this would be a place to ask and look what people think. She said that this is a busy place and topics for A-Z.

Yeah, this place is surely busy. With trolls. So I hope you understand we are all very skeptical.
