Haha, I think that translation is a bit awkward. The interview was in Slovenian, and a fan translated this interview. Bojan has a really interesting way with words so sometimes it's challenging to translate him. I'm not sure myself here but what I think was meant here is that he doesn't take drugs (he says, not even an aspirin even though clearly the interview meant (illegal) drugs because he's worried what effect it'll have ( like a hypochondriac who is worried about the (potentially imaginary) symptoms.)

The translation is a bit strange yes and it explains if B has a funny way with words. Can you explain this a bit more please? Is he eloquent? Incoherent or rather very deep? Complicated? I just love this man, sigh.

Yes, he is very eloquent. He must read a lot, his vocabulary is rich and he uses a lot of symbolism. I have seen him in some interview/TV show where the guests discussed for example the future of the Slovenian language and he was one of the guests.

You can also see his skill in the lyrics he writes, some verses are SO GOOD but unfortunately they get lost in translation!

Sanoisin että juuri tämän takia ei pitäisi vaihtaa kieltä englantiin. Siinä aina häviää jotain siitä kielellisesti rikkaudesta.

Mä oon ehdottomasti myös sen kannalla että pitäytyisivät äidinkielessään. Måneskinistakin tuli pelkkää kuraa kielen vaihduttua, toki heillä siinä oli muitakin syitä.

Lisään vielä sen verran tuohon aiemmin kirjoittamaani (missä on kaksi tummennettua lausetta haastattelusta) että Jere ei vaikuta tippaakaan sellaiselta että jättäisi toisen käsittelemään tätä asiaa yksin. Yhdessä tämä nyt on luotu ja yhdessä tästä selvitään/seilataan selkeämmille vesille. Linjat on auki ja ota yhteyttä jos käy raskaaksi tai muutenkin.

On vissiin helmikuussakin molemmilla taukoa. Olis kiva jos jo silloin näkisivät.

Samaa mieltä. Mulle Carpe Diemin enkkuversio kuulostaa tosi  oudolta. Alkuperänen on huomattavasti parempi.

While I was looking at that boys' Cha Cha Cha video, I came across this. Bojan learning Cha Cha Cha with the guitar. I can relate, I had to learn those rhythms of words myself, even though the language is familiar 😊

I came across many other nostalgic videos when I watched the boys' video. Now, in the last few days, I've had the feeling that the wonderful fairy tale is coming to an end. Bojan goes ahead and that's fine. Likewise with Jere's gf. Unbelievable that it all started only a few months ago.

There's some crazy shit. I think Bojan refers to that in the Suzy magazine interview. Suddenly it was about them and not their music, and they are MUSICIANS who want to make it with their music.

What point in the interview about you refers to this? B has not spoken about Jere directly in any interview even after the trip to Finland. It has been quite disappointing, but on the other hand understandable. Finland was good PR, but I hope a lot more too.

Ihana on, vaikka toki haikea. En voi olla kuvittelematta, miltä K kasvot näyttävät siinä hyvästellessään B. Muodostaako hän kenties huulillaan sanat I love you 😏.

Tarkoitatko, että B muodostaa huulillaan sanat "I love you"? Kyllä, siinä ihan lopussa fÿysisessä erkaantumisessa, minusta ihan selvästi muodostaa ja siinä samalla kuin lentosuukon ilman kättä.

Tarkoitin, että ehkä K muodostaa nuo sanat ensin - mehän emme näe emmekä kuule sitä - ja B vastaa siihen.

I would say that this is exactly why you shouldn't change the language to English. It always loses something of that linguistic richness. Agree. The single version of Carpe Diem sounds really strange to me. The original is much better.

Sovittu. Tuntuu pakotetulta. Toivon, että jos he tekevät kappaleita englanniksi, he saavat apua äidinkielenään puhuvilta tai vastaavilta. Mutta silti, se on todella vaikeaa!

Tähän väliin pieni negailu, harppaa, jos et kestä.

Mistä tuo elokuu on revitty B:n ja J:n tapaamisajaksi? Olen sitä siis ihmetellyt toukokuusta asti, että missä tuo elokuu on sanottu tai annettu ymmärtää, että silloin tapaisivat? B sanoi siis haastattelussa, että kesäkuussa on tulossa Suomeen ja alkusyksystä J on tulossa Sloveniaan mutta ei kai siinä ollut mitään tarkkaa kuukautta mainittu, ei ainakaan siinä minun näkemässäni haastattelussa. Sloveniassa on ymmärtääkseni vielä syyskuussakin päällä ihan täysi kesä eli en äkkiseltään ajattele, että elokuu olisi alkusyksyä, ei ole edes täällä Suomessakaan vaan ihan kesäähän tuo vielä on. Syyskuu on meillä alkusyksyä mutta olisikohan se Sloveniassa vasta lokakuussa.

Eli siis jos tiedät, missä tuo elokuu on mainittu, niin laittaisitko linkkiä tai ainakin kertoisit, missä sellainen on mainittu.
