Why pretend to be something you not, you really think everybody else's English is worse than yours? Or you just messing around? Am actually British and make a mess of my grammar all the time. Well done for correcting it. Was hoping someone would.

Strange enough, this went completely ok.

No tietääkseni yleensä natiivin kielitaito on suhteellisen täydellinen, ainakin arkikielen suhteen. Taidat olla kateellinen kun et itse osaa puhua mitään muuta kun suomea kunnolla ;)

Is it true that in Finland no one sees hunger?
we in Finland some times hunger. In the great hunger years in 19th century,
and in many places after that.
In 1917 and 1918 lots of hunger.
Many men starved in war prison camps during 1939 - 1945.
Some came back.
Now we throw 24 kg food to waste place annually, per capita.
How is that in the United Kingdom? Some hunger or not?
I have (thank God) food in my Kitchen.
But I should prepare for war (like in Krim and Ukraine)
and for minor shocks, e.g. electricity shocks ets.
Well, have a nice summer in your rainy island
with nice clothed people and wonderful British accent!

"we in Finland some times hunger. In the great hunger years in 19th century,"
What do you hunger for? I think you mean famine. etc., etc.

You are the epitomy of someone who has never lived abroad, and thinks any language is only spoken in the way you learned at school.
No need to call me an idiot (?), but even then I would take that as a compliment rather than a slur.
Sorry that should've been learnt, not learned. Rumbled! Not an English-speaker after all!
Last post was a joke, just in case.
It would be a full time job to correct the Finnish these mamas write here every day. Can't understand why they get all bent out of shape about a little bit of vernacular since they seem to think that it is acceptable to use every crass cuss word known to man mixed with ghetto slang. Go figure. #35
