According to his sources, Johnny Gaudreau, star of the Columbus Blue Jackets, and his brother Matthew lost their lives in a tragic accident in Oldmans Township, Salem County, New Jersey, where they were born.



The accident happened Thursday evening around 8:30 p.m. on Pennsville Auburn Road near Stumpy Lane. According to the statement released by ABC 6, two cyclists were struck and killed by a driver who remained at the scene after the impact.



Although the identity of the victims was not officially revealed in the initial press release, sources close to the Gaudreau family and relayed by Tim Peel confirm that Johnny and Matthew Gaudreau are the two people involved in this tragic accident.
