We have had couple of very destroying war in our near-past, and those horrible times caused lots of trouble. Before those wars, and our independent moment, we were under the bigger nations, Russia and Sweden, and it has also let marks on us.

One of the most cold atmosphere started already about 1918 or even earlier, and that continued over 1940's. Neighbors even hated each other and nobody trusted anybody. You know those red and white-battles.. Then came the new war, and we started get closer as a nation again, because we had to fight against outer enemies together. But that civil war is still effecting nowdays, it has stacked in our national self-esteem. That is how I think.

And also there is cold, and DARK in winter.. I really hate that darkness, its always depressingin me down.
