Aattelin ilmoittaa että henkilö (?) Agnieszka Pukki ei ole oikea vuokranantaja. Huijaus kyseessä. Tällaisella viestillä vastaa kyselyihin:

Itse olen ollut kyseiseen tapaukseen yhteydessä, koska kiinnosti selvittää saisiko hänen tarjoamat asunnot oikeasti noin halvalla vuokrattua. Huomasin että ilmoituksia tuli usemapi vuokraluokkaa noin 650 €/kk. Eri asunnot oli eripuolilla helsingin keskustan aluetta. Ilmoituksissa oli eri nimet mutta ilmoituksen sisältö samanlainen. Huono suomi ja samat asiat kerrottu ilmoituksissa. Vuokraan sisältyi jopa "apuohjelmat"? Se kiinnitti huomioni sillä jokaisessa ilmoituksessa luki tuo "apuohjelmat" ja ihmettelin mitä lie tarkoittaa. Selkeästi yritetty jotakin asiaa kääntää translatella suomeksi ja antanut virheellisen sanan.
No vastasin tuohon Agnieszka Pukin sähköpostikyselyyn ja sain vastaukseksi:

Here are some info about us also, my name is Agnieszka Pukki, I am an architect and my husband is a travel agent, I am from Poland and he is from Finland.
My company has won a auction in Warsaw, Poland and we had to leave Finland for a minimum of three years.
We never lived In the apartment because we bought it for short terms rentals and been in the Airbnb circuit from the beginning, but because we moved in another country and we can not manage this business from distance we are looking for an honest person that can take care of the apartment. As I said the cost of the rent is 650 EUR utilities included and the deposit is 1300 EUR. We can rent the apartment for a period of up to 10 years, depends on you for how long you want to rent it.

Thank you for your very quick response, as I told you I am in Poland, but this is not a problem for this transaction because I still have a contract with Airbnb, and they will help us to close the deal.
Here is a brief description of how it works:
I need your full name and address so you can receive your invoice as a guest from Airbnb.
Once I will receive your info I will forward them to my Airbnb agent.
You will receive an invoice from them directly to your email address, where you will find their payment information's that you will use to make the deposit, 1 month rent + security deposit = 1950 EUR.
After Airbnb will receive and confirm your deposit, an agent will bring you the keys and the contract at your exact address.
You will have 2 days to decide whether you want to rent it or not.
In case you do not want to rent the apartment for any reason you will receive a refund from Airbnb in 2/3 days.
