Company: Our client is a leading outsourcing company that has in excess of 10 years experience providing IT, Customer service and sales support to their global client base. Their core business is supporting world leading companies to stream line their processes and service offerings. Their European Customer Service headquarters are based in Spain and the Netherlands.



Role: As a member of their technical support team you will work on a dedicated project. You will be part of a well known global IT company helpdesk and tackle a wide range of IT issues from Desktop to Network (UNIX / Windows), Servers and bespoke applications. This is a varied role that will see you support European user requests with high quality service and up-to-date helpdesk tools. You will join one of their country teams in a dynamic and international environment where they have 100 people supporting users from 15 countries.



Skills: The ideal candidates will be service oriented with good IT skills, excellent phone manner and good communication skills. 1 to 2 years experience in technical support (in a multilingual environment an advantage). Previous experience in NT, 98, XP, Workstation, Network support is an advantage. Experience in Exchange and Lotus Notes are highly desirable. Position available for German, Norwegian, Danish, Swedish. Due to the emergency of the request only candidate authorized to work in the EU without work permit will be considered.
