Auttaisko joku kääntämään englanniksi?

Eli olen lähdössä matkalle ja olen juuri tilannut kyseisestä maasta paketin, joten se olis halvinta lähettää suoraan sinne hotelliin eikä tänne Suomeen...Miten kysyisin hotellilta, onko se heille ihan ok?

niin onko tämä oikein:"I´m coming to your hotel..."?Ja miten käännän järkevästi sanan "tilaus"?
Monissa maissa ei mitaan tuollaisia epamaaraisia paketteja otettaisi, avaamattomina, ja nainkohan edes sailyy saapumiseesi saakka hotellilla, ettei lahde jonkun Marian matkaan...
Sain käännettyä jo itse. Ja kyllä kerron heille paketin sisällön.

Hello, at the "5.5.2009" I'm coming to (kohde) and I'm going to stay in your hotel (already booked a room). I'm ordering some goods from a local shop in your country and now I'd like to know if it's possible to order those goods (one packet) to your hotel address in my name? I'm asking this because I need them while I'm staying in (kohde), so it's easier to me if I can have the packet straight to the hotel.

Terve, 5.5.2009 tulen "lomakohteeseen" ja asun hotellissanne (huone jo varattu). Olen tilaamassa tuotteita paikalliselta yrittäjältä ja nyt haluaisin tietää voinko tilata ko. tuotteet (yksi paketti) hotellinne osoitteeseen omalla nimelläni. Asiaa tiedustelen siksi koska tarvitsen ko. tuotteita siellä ollessani ja minulle olisi helpointa jos voisin saada paketin suoraan hotellille.

I have ordered a parcel from xxxx (name of the company) and would like it to be delivered to your hotel. Would this be possible and would you mind keeping it for me please?
