Suomalaisten emeritusprofessoreiden Seppo Ruottun ja Pertti Sarkomaan tutkimuksen mukaan hiilidioksidimäärän tuplaantuessa lämpötila nousee 0,02 celsiusta. Tätä tutkimusta ei ole kukaan kyennyt kumoamaan.
