It meant that some conserts are streamed by tv-companies and viewers can buy to see the stream on tv.

Tämä ketju on kyllä sellainen, että kun avaat sen työpäivän jälkeen, niin et voi koskaan tietää, mistäpäin on päivän aikana tuuli puhaltanut ja myrskyääkö vai onko tyyntä. Ketjun avaaminen on varsinainen elämän jännitysmomentti.;)

I think käärijä giga were on YLE which provides public proadcasting. So at least the first concert after esc was offered as public service. I dont know about his other concerts, but I think they were also on YLE and not on any commercia company.

Yeah, that sounds like something national tv did for JO in 2021 for that Cvetličarna concert which I'm sure you've seen. The national TV do this but rarely and it's usually in smaller concert halls. Probably easier to do than the bigger venues.
