Meikeistä tietävää paikalla? Luomiväri, jota ei saa käyttää silmän alueella?

Ostin pari luomiväripalettia. Huomasin vasta kotona näitä tutkiessa, että paketissa lukee, ettei paletin kaikkia sävyjä saa käyttää silmän alueella, tai ainakin näin käsitin, kun pakkauksessa on silmän symboli ja siinä kieltomerkki päällä. Lukee että "pressed pigments".
Tarkoittaako tämä, ettei sävyjä saa ollenkaan käyttää luomilla, vai että niiden alla pitää olla esim. primer? Nämä ovat nimenomaan luomiväripaletteja, ei kasvopaletteja eikä nuo sävyt sovi lainkaan esim. poskipunaksi tai aurinkopuuteriksi. Eipä ole tällaista aikaisemmin tullut vastaan.

Siinä värissä on käytetty ainesosia, joita ei ole hyväksytty silmämeikille, mutta se on kuitenkin haluttu ottaa mukaan palettiin. Jenkeissä ja Euroopassa voi olla eri standardit.
Voisiko olla tästä tosiaan kyse? Semmoinen muistikuva on, että olen joskus katsonut jonkun meikkitaiteilijan tutoriaalia ja siinä olisi käytetty tuota pressed pigments väriä johonkin. Ilmeisesti ne on pigmenttisempiä kuin normaalit meikit. Olisi kiva tietää, miten ja mihin tarkoitukseen näitä sitten voi käyttää?

They usually require an eyeshadow base or concealer for the pigment to “stick” to." "

Assumedly, companies know this and figure the risk must be low if all of Europe finds these pigments to be perfectly acceptable. Plus, the most vibrant shades often can’t be pulled off without these unapproved pigments."
Eli kyse on siitä, että ne sävyt on palettiin painettuja pigmenttejä, jotka saattavat aiheuttaa ihoärsytystä. Jenkkien FDA ei ole hyväksynyt niitä silmän alueelle, mutta EU:n vastaavan tahon pitäisi olla.
