How thorough are Kela in checking bank history beyond 2 months?

For toimeentulotuki, if I give Kela my 2 previous months' statements and I have some money in the account from previous months (less than 500 €), will they really ask where that money came from, and then to see the corresponding statement?

Don't try to trick them. You can't.
If you have money in your bank account, they will take the amount of money you already have off of your toimeentulotuki. You already have money, you don't need to get that support, at least not the maximum amount.
