Katsomalla sanakirjasta, mikä on konfirmaatio ja rippileiri englanniksi. Eivät nuo mitään suomalaisia erikoisuuksia ole, joten niille on olemassa valmiit sanat.

You will just explain these words, for example like this: in Finland there is a thing called 'rippileiri'. It means, that young people who belong to church, around 15 years old, will be invited to participate for a camp, where they will discuss and learn about bible and church. Afterwards they will get the right to vote in the elections of the church, get a right to get married in the church and be a godparent. This is called 'konfirmaatio'; the confirmation.
