Raising two Chickens in City of Espoo

I live in omakotitalo. And I really like to raise two chickens on our terrace (for company and eggs). I have a lot of experience with chickens, so I know how to raise and take care of them. However, I don't know about the technical matters in terms of laws in the City of Espoo, on having chickens in the city. Do I need to register my chickens somewhere? Is it allowed to have chickens in the city? What else should I be concerned about?
