Onko oikein sanoa myös englanniksi "I don't know where she did go"?

Eli siis ei käy noin. On väärin. Went oikein.

I don't know where she went.

Ei kahta apuverbiä samaan lauseeseen, muistaakseni siinä on tuollainen kielioppisääntö.

Höpöhöpö - did went??? Where did she go on oikein. 

Ei voi sanoa noin. "I don´ t know where she went" on oikein.

Did kuuluu kysymyslauseeseen, esim: "Where did she go?"

I don't know where she went.

( go, went, gone)

Where’d she had gone’d.

I don't know where she went, tai

I don't know where she had gone.

Riippuu siitä, mitä tarkoitat.

Tuo menee silloin, jos tarkoitetaan, että en tiedä mihin hän todella meni. Esim. I thought she went to the pub but they never saw her there so I don't know where she did go.
