Downstairs mummel cannoning telckar

Hello, hei. I'm a peaceful guy from Kurdistan. But i have a problem with my down floor naabur. She is almost deaf and always cannonig telckar with full power and yelling at full throat at her apartment. Where can i make a request to throw mummel to van sharks house?

Should i then quit work-doing and pull head full every day? just kiddings, i'm not never work-doing baeucuse i get moneys from other addresses
but we are in Finlands not Kurdistan where you can easily make mummel kick empty and throw a spoon in the corner and change hiippkunt.
Is the mummel using VUK for cannoning telckar? It is seniorous! Call Supo!
