This AMA actually sounds really fun, its not every day you get to ask a real CEO of a Santa agency and an actual Santa performer how the job really works. Im definitely curious about the behind-the-scenes stuff. My question for them: Whats the most memorable or unexpected moment youve experienced while doing Santa visits? Kids can be unpredictable, so I imagine there must be some legendary stories.

Its usually not about men being incapable, but about clarity, practice, and shared standards. Meta-work can be shifted only when its transferred with structure, not just a vague you handle it this time. What often helps is breaking the task into clear steps, agreeing together on what done properly looks like, and giving the father full ownership from start to finish without stepping in early to fix things. Many men grew up without doing this type of invisible planning, so they genuinely need time to learn it like any other skill. The key is gradual transfer: start with one recurring responsibility (e.g., all school-related tasks) and let him handle it consistently for months, with reminders through shared calendars or checklists instead of emotional pressure. Over time, competence grows, expectations become aligned, and the child stops being caught in the middle. The goal isnt perfection from day one, but building a reliable system where both parents carry the mental load evenly.
