Jos on 2-tyypin diabetes, niin kannattaa ehkä ottaa vähän etikkaa korkeahiilarisen ruoan yhteydessä
Etikka auttaa siinä, ettei insuliinitaso nouse liian korkeaksi. Etikkapohjainen salaattikastike esimerkiksi olisi aika hyvä juttu varmaan.

Ei ole haitallista. Et ymmärrä asiaa (tai englantia). Etikka ehkäisee hyperglykemiaa.
Parempi vaihtoehto on jättää ne hiilarit vähemmälle.
