I just moved to Finlandia - how can I make friends at here?

No one seems to like small talk, they just look at me like if I was insane or something if I give a smile and try to approach. I am really disappointed.
Another point is that I don't like the weather in finlandia - it is only like 20 celsius and this is really cold. As cold as finish people?

Troll or no troll, would you want to hear this comment when you are abroad? Finns expect to be welcomed with open arms in other countries but do not want anybody to come to Finland and if somebody does the "welcome" is ugly and icy.

Horse shit. Run of the mill Finn is an uber-modest creature almost apologizing his/hers existence. If a foreigner pees on a Finn in foreign country the Finn welcomes it as refreshing rain.
